1. Introduction

  • Competitor Website Identification and Analysis: Using the search terms and industry information you provide, we identify similar websites that are publicly available on the web. We then analyse these competitor sites to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential areas for differentiation; and
  • AI-Powered Recommendations: Utilising advanced Large Language Model (LLM) AI technology, we generate tailored suggestions for improving your website. These recommendations may include:
    • Competitive analysis: Insights into how your site compares to others in your industry;
    • Content suggestions: Ideas for new or improved content that could enhance your site's effectiveness; and
    • Strategy recommendations: Proposed tactics to improve your site's performance and achieve your stated goals.

We take great care to develop and tune our AI to provide best-in-class, relevant and actionable suggestions for website improvement. Please note that, as an AI-based service, the nature and quality of suggestions may vary.

The effectiveness of our service relies on the accuracy of the information you provide about your website and goals. More precise inputs tend to lead to more relevant suggestions.

While our Service aims to provide valuable insights, the implementation of any suggestions and the resulting outcomes remain the responsibility of the Service User.

4. Service User Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your website and goals.
  2. You must carefully consider all suggestions provided by Pillion and exercise your professional judgment when deciding whether to implement any changes to your website or online strategy.
  3. You acknowledge that the effectiveness of our suggestions may vary. Whilst we use every effort to provide the Service, we do not guarantee that implementing our suggestions will achieve your desired results.
  4. Pillion's services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use or access our Service at any time or in any manner. If we become aware an individual under the age of 18 is using the Service, we will take steps to immediately revoke access to the account and delete the account and associated data.

Our Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and all other applicable laws.
  2. You may not modify, reproduce or copy, distribute, sell, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of Our Content except as expressly authorised by us.

5.3. AI-Generated Content

  1. The content produced by our Service is the product of your inputs and our proprietary AI models. You may incorporate this AI-generated content into your website and use it for your business purposes.
  2. By using our Service, you grant Pillion an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual licence to the AI-generated content. This licence allows us to use, store and analyse this content to improve our Service and AI models.
  3. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the AI-generated content as a stand alone product or service or warrant to any other person that any of the AI-generated content is your intellectual property.

5.4. Restrictions

  1. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our Service or AI models.
  2. You may not use our Service to create a competing product or service.
  3. You may not access our Service through automated or non-human means, except as authorised by us in writing.
  4. You may not use our Service or any AI-generated content in a manner that violates any applicable law or infringes on the rights of any third party.

5.5. Feedback

If you provide any feedback, ideas or suggestions regarding our Service ("Feedback"), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, transferable, royalty-free licence to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation payable to you or any attribution to you.

  2. Pillion are not responsible for any external or third party events which may occur from time to time and which prevent us from providing the Service to you or which may prevent any disclosures to you under the Privacy Notice within any agreed timescales.
  3. Termination of the Services by you cancel all obligations to you by us, save for those protected by law and/or the terms of the Privacy Notice.
